Accomodation
The organization has pre-booked few hotels that you can book though the Registration/Accommodation form. You will find six proposals close to the venue. In that case, the Technical Secretariat (Grupo Pacífico) manages all the issues with the reservations.
If you choose to book the accommodation by yourself, on this page below you can find web addresses to tourist information web. We hope this information will help you to find a proposal that best fits your requirements. A list of hotels in the neighborhood of the conference venue is also provided.
Accommodation reservations can be made when completing the online registration and accommodation form from the EBSA 2019 website.
We have block-booked rooms in a range of hotels in different price categories for the dates from July 19 - 24, 2019. Previous dates or late departures are subject to hotel availability. In case that the selected hotel was fully booked, we will assign you an available hotel with similar characteristics.
Hotel reservations will be booked on a first-come first-served basis upon reception of the corresponding payment.
We advise all participants to request their hotel reservations as soon as possible to guarantee accommodation, before April 1st, 2019.

- Any change of name will be dealt with as a cancellation and a new booking.
- Cancellations received up to April 1st 2019: full refund less 50€ for administrative costs.
- Cancellations received up to April 1st 2019: refund of 50% of hotel stay.
- No refund will be made for cancellations received after April 2nd 2019
- In case of “no show” hotel will cancel the room automatically next morning at 9:00h, and no refund will apply for participants who fail to attend.

Hotel availability and prices in Madrid change significantly in July, considered high season. The Technical Secretariat has blocked a contingent of rooms at the hotels. Please read the “Rates, Terms & Conditions” to see how to book a room in each hotel. We recommend booking your hotel as soon as possible, otherwise availability cannot be guaranteed.
